Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. Every new workspace includes 7 days of Pro with no card on file. Subscribe anytime to keep Pro; otherwise your workspace moves to the Free plan.
How do my clients pay?
Each invoice links to a secure payment page that doesn't require a login. Connect your Stripe account to accept cards, or add your Venmo handle to show a QR code on USD invoices.
Can I invoice in other currencies?
Yes. Invoices can be issued in 12 currencies, including USD, EUR, GBP, CAD and AUD. Subscriptions are billed in USD.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, for iPhone and Android, with receipt scanning, GPS mileage tracking and payment notifications. The apps will be available in the App Store and Google Play soon.
Can I import my existing clients?
Yes. Import clients and products from a CSV file. Rows with problems are listed so you can correct them.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Paid plans return to Free and your data stays. If you deactivate your workspace, you can reactivate it within 90 days, and you can export your data as CSV at any time.
